The global trend indicates that consumers are more committed to the environment, and as a result companies have the responsibility to create new products that meet customer needs.

The youngest generations are the most committed to changes in consumer habits and the one that is most committed to Circular Economy. It is estimated that 6 out of 10 millennials are willing to pay a higher price for ecological and sustainable products from companies committed to reducing their carbon footprint. The products that are most purchased under this concept are second-hand clothing and accessories, as well as food from sustainable sources.

This is due to the rise of the internet, where millennials and Generation Z have greater access to the Internet to review issues of environmental impact. However, maintaining their commitment has not been an easy task. Currently, there is a great influence on social networks towards younger minds, about Fast-fashion and longer trips more economically. However, they are aware of the problems that are being experienced.

But what does it mean to be Eco-friendly? In a nutshell, it's being environmentally friendly. When we talk about Eco-friendly products, we refer to those where the practices carried out to obtain them help to conserve water and energy sources. Likewise, these are non-toxic products that can come from renewable sources.

Likewise, in our routine we can choose environmentally friendly habits, for example: turning off lights, recycling, reusing, having a small garden and compost in the home, using glass containers instead of disposable ones and of course always bringing reusable cutlery with you.
